Double-sided tape for mounting LED profiles
Most companies distributing LED profiles offer mechanical fasteners. Our reference 34100, double-sided tape with polyester fabric carrier and high tack synthetic rubber adhesive offers an excellent adhesion to most surfaces, even to LSE material.
Moreover it can hold heavy loads and can replace nails or screws.
Marking tape for social distancing during the Covid-19 crisis
A very famous French telephone company provider was looking for some marking tapes for social distancing in their shops during the Covid-19 crisis.
We’ve delivered our reference 62400, which is a single-sided cloth tape, in orange colour and with a high visibility neon finish. This tape has a good adhesion on most surfaces and can be removed cleanly without leaving residue.
Double-sided tapes with different adhesive strengths for fixing carpets during fairs and events
During fairs and events, kilometers of carpets are installed on the booths.Those carpets are removed after a few days. The removal has to be quick, clean and free of residue on the floors. Otherwise the installers have to pay fines by cleaned m².
Our references 17300, double-sided polyester film tape and 18300 double sided fabric tape present a differential adhesive power. Both of them offer a high tack and a low tack side. The low tack side is applied to the floor and the high tack side to the carpets. It allows to remove long lengths of carpet in one time with clean removal without residue.
Single-sided tape for connecting plastic trim to vinyl wallpaper
A sheltered workshop was using some clear packaging tape to join a plastic trim with some vinyl tapestry, in order to make some samples for show-rooms. The tape was coming off very regularly.
We solved the problem by proposing our reference 59000, which is a single sided tape with a clear PE-film carrier and a high tack acrylic adhesive.
Masking tape for delicate surfaces for the production and installation of signage and navigation graphics
One of our customers, specialized in signage works was using most of the time some duct tape for floor delimitation. For some difficult surfaces, he encountered a problem of adhesive residue on the floor after removal.
We delivered our reference 48100, masking tape specially designed for delicate surfaces with clean removal without residue, which highly satisfied him.
Double-sided PE foam tape to replace double-sided butyl tape with PU reinforcement
One of our customers, a manufacturer of a full range of boxes, kits and components for commercial vehicle bodies, was using double-sided butyl tape in combination with PU reinforcement to mount galvanized aluminum on polyester boards. This process was time-consuming and expensive.
We’ve suggested our reference 21811, double-sided PE-foam tape which worked perfectly and allowed him to increase its productivity and reduce its costs.
