1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, distributing, protecting and other processing of personal data of users of the otstape.eu website by the Limited Liability Company "OTS-Ukraine" in connection with the use of the website, requests via forms, e-mail and other communication channels.
The Policy has been prepared taking into account the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI and applies to the personal data of individuals who visit the site, contact the Company, send requests, leave contact details, and are interested in the Company's products or other services.
2. Owner of personal data
In this Policy, LLC "OTS-Ukraine" may also be referred to as "Company", "we", "us" or "our". A user of the site or a person contacting the Company may be referred to as "User" or "personal data subject".
3. Terms
In this Policy, the terms are used in the meanings defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". In particular, personal data is information or a set of information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing of personal data includes any action or set of actions with respect to personal data, in particular collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, dissemination, depersonalization or destruction.
4. What personal data may we process?
The Company processes only those personal data that are necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy, as well as those data that the User voluntarily provides when using the site or communicating with the Company.
The Company does not intend to collect special categories of personal data, including data on health, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric or genetic data, unless otherwise expressly provided for by law or by separate written consent of the personal data subject.
5. Sources of personal data
- directly from the User when filling out forms (contacts, expert support request, newsletter subscription) on the hpx.ua website and during registration, filling out a new dealer application, using a personal account and placing orders on the dealers.hpx.ua website;
- via email, telephone, messengers or other communication channels, if the User contacts the Company independently;
- automatically when visiting the site – through technical cookies, server logs, analytical tools and other technical means, if they are used;
- from partners or contractors, if such data is transferred to the Company on lawful grounds and is necessary to process the request or fulfill the agreements.
6. Purpose of processing personal data
- accepting, considering and processing Users' requests;
- providing answers to inquiries regarding HPX products, delivery terms, dealer or industrial cooperation;
- preparation of commercial proposals, invoices, consultations or other business communication;
- organization of sales, supply, service support and communication with customers or partners;
- improving the site's performance, traffic analysis, usability and content effectiveness;
- ensuring information security of the site, preventing fraud, spam, unauthorized access or other violations;
- compliance with legal, accounting, tax, contractual or other accounting requirements, if applicable.
7. Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of legal grounds provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. Depending on the specific situation, such grounds may be:
- the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of his personal data for a specified purpose;
- the processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a transaction or contract to which the personal data subject or the company represented by him/her is a party;
- the need to fulfill a duty prescribed by law;
- protection of the Company's legitimate interests, in particular ensuring the security of the site, administering requests, protecting the rights and interests of the Company, if such interests are not outweighed by the rights and freedoms of the User.
8. Cookies and analytical tools
The site may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the operation of the site, save technical settings, analyze traffic, improve page content and, if appropriate tools are available, for marketing analytics.
The User can manage their consent to the use of optional (analytical) cookies using a special settings banner (Cookie Banner) displayed on the site. In addition, the User has the ability to further restrict or block the use of cookies directly in their browser settings.
9. Transfer of personal data to third parties
The Company does not sell Users' personal data. Personal data may be transferred to third parties only in cases where it is necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy or when such transfer is provided for by law.

- hosting provider (Hosting Ukraine LLC);
- provider of analytical services Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC);
- the Company's internal IT and CRM systems, into which data is entered based on the results of direct contact (for example, for sales support);
- Selzy (ECOMZ HOLDING LIMITED) email newsletter service, which receives subscribers' addresses;
The Company takes measures to ensure that third parties who receive personal data process such data in accordance with the purpose of the transfer, legal requirements and an appropriate level of confidentiality.
10. International data transfers
Certain technical or analytical services that may be used on the site may involve processing or storing data outside of Ukraine. In the event of such transfer, the Company takes reasonable measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the terms of the relevant services.
11. Personal data retention periods
The Company retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, fulfill contractual, accounting, tax or other legal obligations, protect the rights and interests of the Company, or comply with legal requirements.
12. Rights of the personal data subject
The subject of personal data has the rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. In particular, the User has the right to:
- to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing and the location of the owner or manager of personal data;
- receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
- have access to your personal data;
- receive a response on whether his/her personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data within the period prescribed by law;
- to submit a reasoned request to object to the processing of personal data;
- to request the modification or destruction of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent;
- to file complaints regarding the processing of personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation.
13. Procedure for requesting personal data
To exercise his/her rights, the User may contact the Company using the contacts specified in this Policy. It is advisable to indicate in the application:
- name and contact details for feedback;
- the nature of the request: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing or other issue;
- information that will help the Company identify the request or channel through which personal data was provided;
- if necessary - a document or other information to confirm the applicant's identity, if necessary to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
The Company considers the application within the time limits stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine. If the request is complex or requires additional verification, the Company may contact the User to clarify the information.
14. Protection of personal data
The company takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, damage, unauthorized access, dissemination or other unlawful use.
Such measures may include, depending on the actual technical settings of the site and IT infrastructure:
- using a secure HTTPS/SSL connection;
- restricting access to the administrative part of the site and the systems in which applications are processed;
- control of access rights of employees and contractors;
- backup and technical administration of the site;
- updating CMS, modules, plugins and other technical components;
- internal rules for non-disclosure of information about clients, partners and requests.
No method of transmitting or storing data over the Internet can guarantee absolute security. At the same time, the Company strives to apply reasonable and proportionate protection measures in accordance with the nature of the data processed and the risks.
15. Data of minors
The hpx.ua website is not specifically designed to collect personal data from children. If the Company becomes aware that personal data of a minor has been provided without the proper consent of a legal representative in cases where such consent is required, the Company will take measures to delete or restrict the processing of such data in accordance with the law.
16. Links to third-party resources
The Site may contain links to third-party sites, social networks, video platforms or other external resources. The Company does not control the privacy policies of such third-party resources and recommends that Users familiarize themselves with the rules for processing personal data on the relevant resources.
17. Changes to the Policy
The Company may periodically update this Policy in connection with changes in legislation, site structure, technical services, business processes or the procedure for processing personal data. The current version of the Policy is posted on the hpx.ua website with the date of the last update.
