HPX HSA 32041 (sheet tape) is a heavy-duty acrylic adhesive tape available in the form of sheets with a double-sided liner. This format is ideal for automated die-cutting and production of self-adhesive elements of all shapes and sizes (up to 340 mm) that can be easily integrated into production processes.
The material is elastic and adapts well to uneven or rough surfaces, including painted, primed, and powder-coated surfaces. It provides a strong, hermetic bond between materials with high and medium surface energy.
Thanks to its sheet format with a double-sided liner, the tape is easy to process with laser or die-cutting. This greatly simplifies installation, especially in mass production, and reduces the likelihood of misalignment during gluing.
