HSA acrylic tape

HPX HSA 32125 is a thick, high-strength acrylic tape (scotch tape) for long-term bonding of parts used indoors and outdoors. The tape replaces mechanical fasteners (rivets, hardware, etc.), as well as liquid adhesives, liquid nails and other types of permanent fasteners.

Due to its thickness, the tape perfectly dampens vibration, soundproofs and seals, and can be used on uneven and rough surfaces. The tape covers surface irregularities up to 1.5 mm.

The tape is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, aging and is intended primarily for heavily loaded joints.

The peculiarity of HPX acrylic tapes is that they can be removed from the surface without leaving any adhesive residue and without damaging the surface itself.

Application examples

Industry:

• production of armored glass
• production of heat-resistant glass units
• glass bonding (due to transparency, it practically does not affect the appearance of the product)

Structural glazing:

• structural glazing, creation of optically transparent structures, where the tape is used as the main mounting element, as well as for pre-mounting or sealing the connection
