HSA acrylic tape

HPX HSA 32127 is a high-strength acrylic tape designed for long-term bonding of components used both indoors and outdoors. It effectively replaces mechanical fastening methods (such as rivets or hardware), as well as liquid adhesives, "liquid nails" and other types of permanent mounting.

The tape is suitable for use on uneven and slightly rough surfaces. It is able to compensate for irregularities of up to 0.5 mm, ensuring reliable adhesion even on imperfect surfaces.

The tape is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, aging and is intended primarily for heavily loaded joints.

The peculiarity of HPX acrylic tapes is that they can be removed from the surface without leaving any adhesive residue and without damaging the surface itself.

Application examples

Merchandising and advertising:

• production of POS materials, displays, retail equipment
• installation of advertising at points of sale
• temporary placement of advertising, where it must subsequently be removed without a trace, for example, advertising on household appliances
• installation and assembly of light boxes

Cars:

• car body repair (installation of moldings, emblems, overlays)
• installation of sensors in the car, including rain sensors

Industry:

• use as a transparent silicone sealant and sealing between glass panes when installing glass partitions
• gluing glass into a furniture profile, gluing decorative elements, plates to glass doors, production of glass furniture
• fastening of roller shutters, blinds
